事业单位工作人员和机关工人：
(1)病假在两个月以内的，基本工资(固定工资部分加按国家和省规定比例计算的活工资部分，下同)全额发给。
(2)病假超过两个月不满六个月，从第三个月起，工作年限不满十年的，基本工资中固定工资部分(事业单位专业技术人员和职员为职务工资、技术工人为技术等级工资、普通工人为等级工资、运动员为体育基础津贴，机关技术工人为岗位技术等级工资、普通工人为岗位工资，下同)按90%计发，活工资部分(事业单位工作人员工资构成中的津贴、机关工人工资构成中的奖金，下同)按90%以下(含90%〉的比例计发;工作年限满十年及以上的，基本工资全额发给。
(3)病假超过六个月，从第七个月起，工作年限不满十年的，固定工资部分按70%计发，活工资部分按70%以下(含70%)的比例计发;工作年限满十年不满二十年的，固定工资部分按80%计发，活工资部分按80%以下(含80%)的比例计发;工作年限满二十年及以上的，固定工资部分按90%计发，活工资部分按90%(含90%)以下的比例计发。
